The segmented sugarcane harvester is mainly composed of tail cutter, disassembler, sugarcane inversion, vertical, root cutter, feeding sugarcane, conveyor, segmentation machine, second screen machine and other parts.
The leaf peeling device is similar to the sugar leaf peeling machine. In addition, the pellet feed wheel in the leaf stripping device. There is a row of impellers and conveying wheels at the back. There is a sugarcane box or bucket at the rear of the machine. During operation, the whole cane stem is sent by the feeding wheel to peel off the leaves. The blades leave the machine by the row of impellers. The stems are sent into the sugarcane box or bucket by the conveying wheel.
