Project Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project related support  to the project manager
  • Create and/or editing a variety of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements (domestic and international) to include researching and scheduling the best options, dealing with necessary changes/adjustments to the itinerary, and preparing related expense reports
  • Handle document preparation and create and/or edit using advanced features of Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Related working experience in international trade
  • Able to build a long-lasting relationship with clients
  • Facilitate to maintain a long-lasting partnership
  • Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Efficient use of Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong multitasking skills, Organizable, efficient in time management, and teamwork spirit
