Project Management Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide project related support to the project manager
- Create and/or editing a variety of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Plan and organize travel arrangements (domestic and international) to include researching and scheduling the best options, dealing with necessary changes/adjustments to the itinerary, and preparing related expense reports
- Handle document preparation and create and/or edit using advanced features of Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Related working experience in international trade
- Able to build a long-lasting relationship with clients
- Facilitate to maintain a long-lasting partnership
- Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills
- Efficient use of Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong multitasking skills, Organizable, efficient in time management, and teamwork spirit
